Your sugar cravings are not your fault. If you have trouble fighting off cravings for sugar, it is most likely your body, not your mind. Many people have an overgrowth of yeast, which creates a physiological need for sugar. It is not a lack of self-discipline, it is the yeast demanding more sugar. By eliminating the yeast, you can control the cravings.
